We used to live across the street from a man that attended those events and wore a kilt. They had great stories to tell. I think my husband would rather be kilt dead than wear one. Hehe.

Looks like lots of fun! I had a kilt when I was a kid. It was red plaid.

What a cool day that must have been. If a guy wears a kilt, he must be the kind to like his picture taken. :-) He's got to be fun!

Wish we had something like that, around these parts. :-)

Deb, great post! How fun was that! Loved the guy with the goatee and combat boots. Wish I could have been there with ya! I have some Scott heritage somewhere and would like to find it. Guess I'll have to go to the library and do some digging.

I had a good friend who would dress in his kilt, didn't see him in the photos, but he's in the Dallas area.
That kilt for sale is the same plaid that I wore in parochial school when we had uniforms of plaid skirts and white blouses, that takes me waaaay back!

Nothing gets me more excited than a man in a plaid skirt.
