they always wore aprons...it's funny my Mamaw didn't...
woke up at 1:00 am to.....drum roll please.....
SNOW
Okay Phil the groundhog....
I think you might be pulling our leg...
on that early Spring thing...
Mother Nature please I'm waving my white flag...
take us back to 40 degrees...
I'll stop complaining....I mean 40 sounds so warm...
(well I'll stop for a little while anyways)
Have a nice weekend...stay warm and safe....

Great exhibit! Funny, isn't it, how women don't seem to wear aprons anymore.

Yeah---got lots more white stuff during the night. The roads around DFW are really bad. Had to go out for groceries yesterday, and couldn't drive over 25 MPH---lots of thick ice. Stay warm!

What a selection of pretty aprons!! I always wear what I call a 'butcher's apron' (dark blue with white stripes). Helps to keep my clothes protected as it covers my upper body area.

Nice variety of aprons. We are supposed to get 1-4" tonight with another possible 2" on Saturday. After all we have been getting, that really doesn't sound so bad!

You sound just like me. I was hoping for 40s too. Tomorrow hopefully. I need to get out and buy more hay for the horses by tomorrow! :)

Crazy weather! It's still snowing here. We walked thru the apron chronicles too. I didn't get any pictures though. It was interesting but Hillbilly wasn't interested so I hurried through it so he wouldn't want to leave before we got upstairs.

Stay warm.

I have often wondered why women stopped wearing aprons. I really like them too. My granny always had her apron on unless she was going to town. There are some really cute aprons in those pictures. Hugs

Oh gosh, heaven! I'm obsessed with making aprons, and I thought I could get over it when I gave every one of my friends one, but now I'm just making them because! Love the pictures!
