Can you guess where I spent the day today???
Hubby, daughter and I went to the Zoo....
It was such a nice day...sun shining...not too warm...










last night we had family game night...
we played Scooby doo monopoly...
hubby won big time....
we went to brunch on the way to the zoo...
it was a nice Mother's Day weekend....

Giiiirrrl, you are lookin' good at the zoo! We were just by there on Saturday - moved Sam and Emily from CFNI. Caught the Rangers game Friday night - were there through the storm. Fun weekend! So glad to be home in the country, though...:)

I love that capture of the giraffe!
DD said there are half a dozen tortoises the size of a bushel basket wandering the garden at the headquarters of the place in Madagascar. About 100 the size of grapefruit. Someone was trying to smuggle them out of the country, and the tortoises are waiting to be released back into the wild. Since she could not study lemurs in the city, she spent her time watching the tortoises...
