Ladybug from Texas

 my paint project....

I pulled up the carpet....

then painted....

 

 the lady at Lowes said I picked

the #1 and #2 most popular colors...

 

 this will be my new office....

it was a living room....

 

 I'm looking forward to moving in to it...

 

 we are still iced up here in Texas...

this morning Rooster and I ventured out a bit...

in the yard...

 

 Hubby made it in...

he missed his first flight...

they got him onto another flight...

thankfully it was not canceled...

he flew into Seattle...

then got directly on another plane headed to DFW...

they had to taxi around a bit after landing...

to find a place to unload...

still lots of ice around...

 

 our son picked him up at the airport...

I don't drive on ice...

I had dinner ready when he walked in the door...

he was starving...

he ate dinner...

played with Rooster...

was sound asleep by 8:00pm...

 

 Help....I'm iced in and I can't get up...

kinda how we've been feeling around here...

lot's of people on Facebook with cabin fever...

I've been good until last night...

I've been so busy painting and doing chores....

but it hit me a little last night...

 

Hotrod is coming over for a few hours today...

so his Mommy and Daddy can go talk to Santa....
