Day trip....

our road trip was to visit my Dad...
and this was our gift from him...
a fire pit.....I've been wanting one so bad....
so excited to try it out....

we had lunch here...
it is a buffet place....
hubby got his moneys worth for sure...
my Dad restores bicycles...
he has some really neat ones...
he even puts motors on some of them....
he does wood work on some...
I told him Santa might be looking for a helper....
maybe next year....if I'm a really good girl...
I might get one of these cool bikes....

Super fire pit! Bet they are cool. My d-i-law has one.

And your Dad does great work.

Happy Yule Eve.

What a great gift. I hope you enjoy sitting by the warm fire...maybe even roasting a marshmallow or two...or making s'mores...what fun!

We've been looking for the perfect fire pit to add to our flagstone patio area too. I like the looks of that one. I worry about sparks so will probably have to get one with a wire cap.

Cute elves on the parade float!

I love the festive header photo! Cute elves. What a wonderful gift you received. Have you put it to use yet? Here in Maine I might have to shovel it out when it snows! I liked the bike photos, brought back memories of the bikes we used to have...I would so love to have one of those pretty bikes now. Merry Christmas to you and yours and how fun it will be for you with the little one!

I love the fire pit and that's a nice one. I still have my bike that I got for my 10th birthday. It is in pretty good shape but it needs some tender loving care like your dad's bikes!
