Friday night was opening night for Quarter horse racing....
at Lone Star Park ......
it was also the first rain we have had in long time...
I stood under my umbrella in the rain....
taking photos....

the track started out fast.....




it ended sloppy......

Hope all the horses remained sure-footed! I guess they are trained in all conditions.

Woohoo!!! I could almost feel the mud splatterin' out of those magnificent pictures! Guess your blessed to had some mud in your state these days,huh?

It does look like a sloppy track, but I'm sure you're glad for the rain.
