Around my neighborhood...

Auntie has been showing the grand homes in her town...
I decided I would show a few of the homes in my neighborhood...
they are not grand...but unique...

I love this house...
with the wrap around porch...
but I rarely ever see anyone outside...
I think I would be out on the porch all the time...

This house reminds me of an old farm house...
I love the rocking bench...

I love the red front door...

I love the colors...and the porch...

I like the color of this one...
it is small...but always well kept...
another one I never see anyone outside...

I love this gazebo...
it goes with the house with the wrap around porch...

This house has been on the market atleast 3 times in the last 5 years..

We also have bright color houses too Sandra....

I love the sign in the window...
this is one of our customers houses...

another view of the peach house....

I found this in front of one of the houses...
I thought is was very fitting...
I hope you enjoyed my little tour...

HOORAY! HOORAY! HOORAY! I have inspired someone to go out and take pics, and show interesting things, in her neck of the woods. Hooray! And thank you!

Look at that huge wrap-around-porch on that huge home! Lovely. Yes, why aren't people on all these lovely porches, hu???? From the size of this home, I wonder if it has been made over into apartments? Some of the big homes in my area, do that... To be able to preserve them.

That house with the red door... 3 steps up to porch, but no railing. Obviously, only young people, live here!!!! ,-)

And the gazebo goes with the big house with wrap around porch! Betcha' it is or was some sort of lots-of-people-use-this-place, place.

Don't you always wonder, about homes which are being sold, over and over and over??????? I do!!!!! That pretty pink house looks way too young/new, to have a ghost though. ,-)))))

And look at the last pic! Carved there. What a Surprise Photo Op!!!

i very much enjoyed the tour. i like the pink house, looks like Florida. i would choose the farm house to live in. i like small and old and it already has a rocker for two on the porch, although i would add a swing. i like touring other states and countries and find it interesting that all the places look so familiar when i have not been there. love the HOME sign in the window.

I wonder if the one that has been for sale 5 times is haunted? Just a thought. All the homes are just that homes, not houses.

One of my favorite things to do...drive (in my case) and look at houses. I love neighborhoods like yours - lots of character and charm. Thanks for sharing your neighborhood, Deb.

Love all the houses. Something about the peach colored house is appealing but I'm like you I like the little blue house.
Enjoyed the tour
