I read a good book...Thank you Mom...
Montana Rose by Mary Connealy...
Cassie Griffen's husband was gravely ill...
she rode into town for help....
it was too late...he didn't make it...
as soon as he was buried...
the men of  Divide Montana came to claim her as their wife...

Most of the men weren't very desirable...
did not treat women very well....
Red Dawson stood up and took her as his wife...
she was expecting a baby with her deceased husband...
Cassie didn't know what she was in for...

her deceased husband treated her badly...
she assumed all men were the same...
Red assumed she was spoiled...a china doll...

It takes place in 1875...
Mary Connealy is an author, journalist and teacher....
She lives on a farm in Nebraska....
it's an easy read 318 pages....

I like books that have adventure...
love...without graffic love scenes...
this one fits the bill...
If you've read it or decide to read it...
let me know what you think...

Ooh! I'm always excited about a book recommendation that sounds good. I see it's a series too, double bonus, more to read if I like it. Thanks! Are you on goodreads? My name is bunnybodel on there.
