we got snow on Christmas Day...
it started out as rain...thunder...high winds...
then turned to snow in the afternoon...

 people were so excited...
but not me...it cut my Christmas day with my family short...
it is also COLD...I don't enjoy COLD....

Hotrod enjoyed it...for a little while....
thankfully he was done playing soon...

looking at snow in photos...or on TV...
is awesome....but in person...just too too COLD for me.....
I found a sweet video on Youtube...thought would share with you...

Well Hot Rod had some fun in snow. Even if you did not! You are a Southern gal, through and through. too cold for you. ,-)

But I agree with you... Best snow is seen from inside a nice comfy, warm room. :-))))))))))

We had snow on Christmas Eve which was really no problem, but the cold that came in behind it has been no fun.

Snow is cold no doubt about it. It's cold here too. I don't mind cool, but cold and I don't get along!

I agree, I don't miss having snow at all moving from Illinois 24 years ago! If I want snow we can be in the mountains in 40 minutes.
But it is pretty to look at.

The good thing about living in your area is that the snow probably won't stay for long. I miss my visits to Dallas!!!!! Hotrod is growing like a weed!!

I love snow! What I don't like is the brown barren look in the winter time. Now I don't enjoy bitter cold but if it's in the 30's, I am fine. Come March though, I am ready for it to be all gone.
After visiting my son in Phoenix in August, I know I hate the extreme heat even more. The poor kids all stay inside all day.
I guess if we had perfect weather all the time it could get boring.
Love your header Deb!

The reason I love living in Texas! Love the winters - just enough snow, just enough cold. Enough to balance out the long, HOT summers. :) Great pictures, Deb.

I miss snow sometimes from when I lived in the Midwest
But don't want to live in it again
I guess I stay in Texas where you ca experience 4 seasons in one day. Lol
