 Friday came quick this week...
it's funny because I thought it would be long...
after the holidays...and the crazy weeks...

our weather has been a roller coaster...
cold...rain...warm...cold heading back this weekend...

I managed to get to the gym for a second day in a row...
2 miles on the treadmill...5 miles on the bicycle...
it sure helps my mood...
I think the big M is affecting me again...
no hot flashes...but the whole crazy brain...
moodiness thing...
this morning the neighbors goat was out in the front yard...
so I went out in my jammies once again...
to let them know...
I'm wondering what will show up tomorrow...

My hubby quit dipping this week...
he has quit before for long periods of time...
then start up again...
he is a little cranky during the process...
which doesn't do so well when my moods are bouncing...
we are surviving day 3 of the process...
but if you see an alert on the highway...
short women driving a big white ford truck missing...
you will know I ran away from home...
just kidding...but it has crossed my mind a few times...
wishing you all a wonderful weekend...

i see you loading the neighbor's goat into the back of your truck and driving it far out into the country to be 'dropped off'. :)

Lovely shots and good luck going through the Big M. One thing I can promise is that you will live through it and become yourself again, but it can be a challenge. good luck with your husband. LOL. sounds like a fun weekend....

Beautiful shots of the water and birds!!

Giving up bad habits is sooooo hard. For me, it's junk food ......I'm trying so hard to eat healthier......

I know how you feel. Sometimes I just want to run away, but where would I go?

I love that piece of driftwood - and the waves!!
I know what you mean about wanting to run away from home. I will put it on the agenda for when I get my strength back...
My father is in hospital - he fell and broke the head of the femur of the hip he did not have replaced, and they are starting to worry about pneumonia. My fil was moved to the long term care facility this morning, and mil is having hissy fits. I have been sick, and it is so freaking cold out!!!
