this was my squash just a week ago....

these are my squash today...
I've already picked two...and have atleast a dozen more....

our Zinnias are starting to bloom...
Hotrod is so excited to see how they change every day...
the Easter lilies are still hanging on....

our sunflowers are getting taller every day...
I can't wait till they flower...

blooms on the cucumbers...
oh I love a fresh off the vine cucumber....

Hotrod is growing like a weed too...
notice the big boy underwear...
he is doing a great job...
the big move started this morning...
of course the guys had to run service calls first...
that is the way it is for us...business first...
I have the easy job...
I get to spend the day with Hotrod...
we have been busy...
he got to go to Tap class today...
he loves Tap...has had his Tap shoes on most of the day...
we are all hoping he handles the transition of the new house well...
we will see when he goes to bed in his new room...

oh, you do get a better job than moving, for sure! :)

love that he's taken an interest in growing things. i have some volunteer sunflowers growing at the edge of the pond - they've just begun blooming.

your squash looks as if it is doing quite well, and love that shot of hotrod over tinkering on his car.... so cute, and yes he is definitely growing fast!

Your plants are looking great!

Hoping Hotrod sleeps well tonight in his new room.

The orange and yellow car sure brought back sweet memories for me. Our grandson, who is now 12, had a car just like that one. I'd give him a spray bottle with water, dish soap and old rags and he'd spend a long time cleaning his car with the 'special soap'....

Love before and now pics.

Your garden is coming wonderully!

Hope all is going smoothly, with the Big Move! Wheeeee.......

Hooray for Hot Rod and his training. This brings to mind a funny story, from here, but........ It's not for all blogger ladies to read, in comments. -giggggles- Nanas and Omas can "appreciate" more *interesting* stories, than some. LOL!

Isn't it fun for kids to see growth of plants, in any way? :-)

Love the pic of Hotrod with his car. Looks like he's checking out the mechanics, so like a guy.
Going to bed in the new house is always the difficult time with little kids. Hope it works out without any problems.

It sounds like he has some wonderful adults taking care of him, so I bet he makes a smooth transition.

Hope I read Hotrod adjusted well to the new bed.
I have to admit I don't sleep well in new beds in new houses. It took me a week to get used to the sounds or lack of sounds at our place. ;o)
