I some how got going down memory lane this morning...
I was just moving photos from my computer to my external
photo storage thingy...
then I clicked on a folder....
before you know it I was on memory lane...
this is me with my next door neighbor/boy friends dog...
growing up...we had lots of dogs...
this is Ruby...the 105 lb. Afghan Hound...
and Benji...the sweetest little poodle ever...
he wasn't very smart...but oh what a sweetie pie...
Ruby was scared of thunderstorms...
I would wake up with her on top of me...
she out weighed me by 10 lbs...
This is Barky aka Grandma...the beagle...
Brandy...the Husky...
and sweet little Benji...
as you can see I wasn't too crazy about my photo
being taken even back then...
this is Red Duke...a red bone coon hound...
my hubbies first coon dog...
we spoiled him though...
so he wasn't that great of a hunter...
Benji as a puppy....
trying to escape...
I also had a duck named Daisy...
who liked to swim in the bath tub...
I finally had to take her to the duck pond...
Mom said she was too big for the house...
and we had too many dogs outside...
I seem to go through these sappy....sentimental days...
where does time go???
My Uncle Tom is having exploratory surgery today...
Thank you everyone for keeping him in your prayers...

How nice that you have all those photos saved. I have never scanned all out pictures from our past. Looks like some sweet dogs. Thanks for sharing your memories.
I am so glad you posted our memory lane, i love each and every one of them, i think my favorite is you and the coon dog that would not hunt.. i have been known to ruin my dad's cousin hunting dogs. LOL
or so they said...
i like that last one a lot, of hubby and your son and BIL... you had as many dogs as i did.
