there were lots of sights at the Festival...
I've never seen a mirror like this one....

this dog stayed on his Daddy's shoulders....
while they walked around and looked at cars...

it was a crazy Monday...
the day started off with a bang...
and kept it up all day....

this evening I was at the grocery store..
got a call from my DIL...
she asked if Hotrod had green rice today...
I said we played with colored rice and dry beans today...
he was having fun...pouring...scooping...
putting in a container to make a shaker out of it.....
well evidently...he got a piece of green rice in his nose...
we had been blowing his nose all day...
he has allergies...every thing was clear...
I don't know how the rice got in his nose...
Boys....he thought it was funny....
Still doing Paleo...my clothes are feeling looser...
I have not weighed...but I do feel better...

LOL! Yes, boys will be boys. LOL! LOVE your car photos, Deb. They are fantastic. The Heritage Festival sure looks like it was fun and the weather was so nice this past weekend. You are so blessed to enjoy time with your Mom and your HR! Family is just the best (and I think I need that pink feathered mask your FIL had on in the memory lane photo! Love it!). Hope you have a wonderful week. blessings ~ tanna
ps glad you are feeling better on the paleo.

kind of like a surfer dog.. cute... and that is one odd mirror. the rice in the nose brought back a not so fond memory of son daniel at age 4. he was at Bible school and he poked a small piece of red crayon up his nose and it would not come out. we went to the doctor and it was a bloody ordeal getting it out... did that stop him from trying it again? nope. i bet HR put the rice there
