today we opened the door...
to let a little fresh air in...
little britches was enjoying himself...
having a little chat with Ginger...

pointing out the birds...
airplanes...trees...squirrels...
the moon...the sky....bird feeders...
you get the drift...

little boys are just so much fun to watch...
the wheels are always turning...
we were at a red light today...
I looked over and in a shop on our main street..
was a little boy 3 or 4 with a fireman hat on...
pushing a car around in the window...
little britches even noticed him...
just too darn cute...

when we were at the park tonight...
there was a little boys t-ball team practicing...
they looked to be around 5 years old....
with their little baseball hats...gloves...
running their little hearts out after the balls...
just too stinkin' cute...
these pictures of little britches remind me so much of my son...
his Daddy...
makes a Oma get a little weepy sometimes...
his favorite saying today is Cock a Doodle Doo...
(our neighbor has a Rooster that has been crowing alot)

So, so, so cute!!!! I have noticed the way Little Britches stands he looks a lot like his daddy and your hubby. He is just precious and looks like a little man with his 'big boy' haircut. What wonderful memories you are making with him. I can understand those weepy times when you look at him. Hugs

i love that pointing finger, in the first it looks like he is laying down the law to Ginger and she is ignoring what he is saying. he is so darn cute even the back of his head is beautiful. i love seeing toddlers toddle and do their thing, except of course the screaming ones in baskets at walmart. you have so much outside your door for LB to stare at and enjoy. you are truly blessed with big daddy of little boy

He certainly is getting big now!! That's one of the joys of grandparenthood - we see our children in theirs .. and the life's cycle continues. Lovely photos, lovely memories!

Great captures of the bird in previous post!

Those precious days with a small grandson! I know you treasure them! I have SO many pictures of each phase of our grandson's life, and now he is 10 and boy, how quickly they move out of that little bitty boy stage. He's still the cutest thing to me on two legs! I love that kid with all my heart! Isn't being a grandmother wonderful!?
