I really would love to learn how to weld....
oh my...there are so many projects I would love to do....

 since I don't know how...
I just resigned myself to taking photos of my son...
using a torch...
 
 they are building us a bar...
of course you know I will post photos of it...
 
 I am very proud of my son...
he has been working on eating healthier...
making better choices...
he is loosing weight...slow and steady....
the best way to do it....
setting a good example for Hotrod....

Eating healthy.....that's been on our minds today. Louis Dean weighed and has asked me to help him do just that.....eat healthy. I only know how to count calories so that's what we are doing. This is Day#1. We've been here before when he had a heart attack. We should have kept to it. It's so easy to slide back into old habits.
