sometimes some of my favorite photos are...
the ones most people would toss..
it's not a real focused photo...
but the joy on these girls faces...
while they are picking on their brother...
speaks volumes to me...

I don't know who had more fun...
the kiddos...the ducks and geese...
or me...
there is just something about the innocent joy...
watching children interact with nature...

I have found what works best for me...
is just talk to the kiddos...
let them be themselves...
you can say smile...cheese a million times...
but just getting them to loosen up...
be themselves...that's where you find beauty...
Captioning memories...one shot at a time...

I spend a lot of time watching the chicken channel...
Dawg loves being in front of the camera...
he does a lot of posing for me...

I went to our fall festival last weekend...
oh my gosh...I want a monkey....
when someone came up to get their photo...
he would pull the sucker out of his mouth...
look at the camera...then pop it back in...

we have had our sweet granddogter Hatari this week...
her Mommy and Daddy have been in Alaska...
so I have taken advantage...
we went on a 3 mile hike...
she is the energizer Bunny....going and going and going...

I have ALWAYS loved your work and you did a fantastic job with the quads just as I knew you would!! You have the magic touch! The kids responded so well to your low key approach and it was a completely stress free photo shoot! Thank you! THANK YOU!!!

You do a great job of capturing people being themselves, which is a real talent.
