On my fence...

thought I'd share what's growing on my fence....
I've been drawing so many pretty butterflies...
unfortuantely...they don't like having their photos taken...

I'll bet your garden smells delicious. No wonder the butterflies like it.
Great photo of the sunflower against the sky.
And I love the new side photos of Gram and Gramps with the baby.

American Beauty bush, honeysuckle, and sunflowers -- lovely. We had a wonderful rain this afternoon and a glorious rainbow about 7:00. Got pictures, too! The thermometer in town read 77 degrees -- Hooray!

Oh so pretty !! Ah summer .. I miss it! My garden has been hit by black frost so is looking very sad :( ... roll on summer when I can cut back the dead stuff and there will be new growth.
Thanks for your comment - I was improving but seem to be 'stuck' now and still not 100%. I have now added another yoga class to my week and this morning I am going to try a Cranial Sacral Therapist. My daughter goes to her for her jaw (she has a jaw that dislocates easily due to braces on the teeth - she went to see her on Monday as she was in terrible pain after new wires and new elastics were put on - this therapist helps her so much) I phoned her after E's visit as she came back so relaxed, and asked if she could possible help with my situation - she said she could, so am going this morning to give it a try - I am willing to try anything (besides increasing tranquilizers and going onto anti depressants - which I think will be the only option eventually - and which is something I don't want to do)
Anyway, will keep going !!!
We are having difficulty getting onto our blogs from SA at the moment - something to do with an under sea cable, but I will do a post on the Cranial Sacral Therapy as it's very interesting.
