I would say more windows are looked out of...
than into....
some people like their windows covered with fancy curtains..
some like shutters....
some like me ...
like sheer curtains that you can see out of...
but others can't see into....
what are your thoughts on windows?
Do you like to open them when the weather is cool??
and let a breeze blow through?

Window are for looking out. Don't want people looking in! Medium weight curtains that are open in the day. Blinds down and curtains closed in the bedrooms for sleeping in. And even in Ohio's winter - bedroom windows should be open a smidge for cold nights! And they should be open when temps are around 70-75 - not stupid hot!

I like them arranged so I can look out and no one can look in. And I like them open in cool weather. Nice collection of window photos.

I like lots of windows that I tend to keep open for the breezes to blow through most of the year. I do pull our blinds down during the hot part of the day in the summer, but otherwise our blinds are always up. We don't have any neighbors cose enough to look in because of the angle of our house and the trees.

Well we live in a first floor apartment overlooking the sea so we don't have anyone looking in but love to gaze out. We keep our windows open as much as possible, night and day. I like your window pictures. A x
I love open windows, with a minimum of coverings. And ours are open as much as possible until the heat gets too unbearable. Great pictures, I really love the first one. Kat
I like my windows open in the fall and spring. But it seems we have less and less of those seasons so I guess they don't get opened that much. lol!
