Do you ever have some weighing heavy on your mind...
you feel like you need to get in contact with them...
I had that yesterday....about my blog pal Sandra aka...
The Madsnapper...
well I found out today she is suffering from Vertigo...
please keep her in your prayers....

Next week my daughter moves out...
I'm excited for her....but I am sad too...
we will officially be empty nesters...
a new phase in her life and ours....

I've been taking the Estroven for a week now...
I think I'm seeing a difference...
my brain doesn't feel as fuzzy....
the night sweats aren't quite as bad....
keeping my fingers crossed...
I'm hooked on a new game on my phone...
Song Pop....
you guess what the song is...as fast as you can...
you play against someone...
whoever gets the songs correct...in the fastest time wins...
it's really fun....sometimes I do really well...
others...not so much...
Do you play games on your phone???

My grandkids play games on my phone but I try not to since I am already addicted to the Maj Jong game on my computer.

I think I would love song pop! FUN.

I think it is amazing that you touched base with Sandra and let her know you were thinking of her!!!

Glad YOU are feeling better too!

Yes, I have had feelings like that many times.

We love our empty nest but it took awhile to adjust to it. It is nice to able to still spend time with our kids but have most of our time free to do what we want when we want. Hope you enjoy your empty nest.

I do not have games on my cell phone. I may be weird but I like to keep everything separate. I don't have internet on my phone either. Hugs

Yea, it's good to hear the Estroven in helping you, when I took it......it didn't help.

I don't play on my phone, but I do play on my I Pad... I play words with friends (like Scrabble) and Draw Something...... they've become addictive for me, but I'm always hoping rather than wasting time, I'm stretching my brain a bit.
Happy weekend!

Vertigo is really awful! I have it on occasion and it is NO fun.

Maybe I'm odd, but I love the empty nest!

Yes, it's so too bad about Sandra and Vertigo. Wish Bob would/could give us an update, on her blog....

I have that old fashioned kind of a phone, that pugs into the wall... No games at all!

Glad you are feeling better with the new meds. I have been taking adrenal supplements for a couple of weeks now, and I am also noticing a huge improvement.

Ahhh daughter moving out. We just moved our daughter into her new place back in August. It's bitter sweet. Happy and proud of her but I sure do miss her being around. She's our only child but I have to admit my husband has been taking advantage of the pay raise and the empty nest. We have several short trips planned. One is to Cowtown before Dec 31st. We're staying in some historic hotel around there. Can't wait.. Oh and I don't play games on my phone besides I don't have one of the newer phones to do it anyway.
