I'm not for sure what this flower is...kinda looks like sunflower...but it's not...
I didn't plant it...think birds or squirrel must have...

I'm so far behind on my weeding...
when I get caught up I want to show your more
of my gardens...they are just a mess right now...
I do have zinnias coming up....I was getting worried...
I thought they came up earlier last year...
but you know how the memory gets...LOL...

The barn is gone.... I have some palm trees that mysteriously showed up in my yard. We built our planters around them. They look great. I wish the weeds would mysteriously go away though.
You have so many pretty flowers, Deb. I love coneflowers. The few I have don't flower until the first of August.
That first flower looks like a wild Black-eyed Susan. I have them, too.
I know what you mean about being behind on the weeding. I am way behind this year. I blame it on the cold weather, but really I am lazier about it than I used to be.
It seems to me that I am behind on every thing right now including my garden. Your flowers are just lovely. I have pink and white cornflowers but they aren't blooming yet. I enjoyed looking at yours. Thanks for sharing. They are beautiful ♥
I think things are later, because our spring has been alittle longer. The Blackeyed Susan or Rudbeckia is your mystery bloom. What you showed looks lovely, cant wait to see the rest (I understand the 'weeding' issue, believe me).
So love your painted blooms on your shed! (and drying herb rack)

Deb, your flowers are so pretty. I love the morning glories, and I saw some of those little "brown-eyed-susan-looking" flowers on a roadside the other day and they reminded me of sunflowers, too.
I love the little hanging rack you have the dill drying on. It's perfect for your garden.

You have so many beautiful blooms! We have morning glory in our field, but it's a pest there - it tends to climb on the alfalfa and grass and pull them over. But the flower looks great in your garden!
I like your assortment of blooms there. I see others agree with me that your yellow flower is a black eyed Susan of some kind.

I agree that the first flower looks like a black eyed susan. I can't believe yours come up out of nowhere and I planted six plants and didn't get but one that bloomed! I drive around and see these huge patches of black eyed susans and I could just cry! Everything else looks beautiful. I know what you mean about the memory.
