from birds to boogie

the view out the bathroom window Wednesday morning..
headed into my office....
looking out my office window......
a view visitors....enjoying a puddle...
they were all taking turns......

Hubby and I have been to the movies more in
the last few weeks then all of last year put together..
we saw True Grit...I really enjoyed it...
Jeff Bridges did not try to be John Wayne...
he made the character his own...
wasn't too crazy about Matt Damon's part...
he tried to sound too Texan...it seemed over done...
then we saw Little Fockers...very funny...
not as good as the first...but better than the second...
the next one was Country Proud...
loved loved loved it...Gweneth Paltro can sing...
didn't end like I expected it too...bring a tissue...
last night we went and saw Dilema...
I just love Vince Vaughn...and was not disappointed..
Kevin James was good also...
not impressed with the previews of new movies coming out
hopefully this won't be the end of our movie streak...

Meeting friends this weekend at a little club we've never been to..
friends went last weekend and said they played great music...
stuff we grew up on in the late 70's....
they have a dance floor too...
so there maybe some boogie fever going on....

gonna dig out my mood ring...
moon shoes...my Farrah hair do...
and I will be set....

Sounds like a fun weekend ahead for you. Enjoy!

Thanks, for the movie reviews. I am really wanting to see True Grit...love Jeff Bridges and I want to see Country Proud too. I hear Gweneth singing the song from the movie on the radio and TV all the time...you are right...she can sing and I really like the song too. Figure I will love the movie. Hugs

I want to see Country Strong so much. I'm glad you liked it.

Have fun at the club but be careful when that boogie fever hits you...don't hurt yourself!
