Runaways welcome here....

I rarely have blue jays in my back yard....
this one stopped by for a brief visit...
decided to play with the photos a bit....

the sky didn't look that blue when I was looking through my camera...
unfortunately I was inside my office ...
to cold to run outside....so the photos aren't too clear...
but it was nice to see blue....not gray...
can't believe it is Friday already...
where did this week go???
thanks for all the sweet comments on my Soap Box
post yesterday....
going to meet friends from high school tonight...
to hang out for a bit....then get my little britches back...
maybe sleep over at Oma's....
depending on his Momma and Daddy...
for now I guess I'm Oma...
we will see as he gets older...
no telling what I will end up...
but as long as he calls me something...
I will be happy....
the granddog is fitting right in...
Hubby asked son the other day..
well do you have anything else to bring with you to work
every day??? we have baby...and dog....
our co-worker said he always wanted to start a goat farm...
he lives in an apartment...wondered if he could bring
goats to work....it's a zoo around here for sure...
rescued the neighbors yellow lab the other day...
she had gotten out...found her down the street...
opened the car door...in she jumped....
she wasn't too happy when I took her home...
she thought she was going for a ride...
that was my good deed for the day...
for some reason...if a dog...goat...horse...sheep
(just a few species we have rescued)
get out in our neighborhood....they head straight
to our house....we must have an invisible sign...
RUNAWAYS WELCOME HERE...

I love what you did with the 2nd picture. That looks amazing.
Nice of the blue jay to visit you too. That is funny all the animals that come to your house.

I love your blue jay pictures, especially the one you said you played with. Those run aways know where to go for love and attention. I bet your neighborhood is thankful for you since you always take their animals back home. The animals that show up here never have a place where I can return them. :( They usually end up staying here.

Have fun with your friends and Little Britches. Hugs

If I were anywhere near you, I'd run to your house too! You have fun animals to play with, squeek toys (like babies and puppies) and lots of love to share!:)

Bluejays are a pretty bird, but they can be a big nuisance in MI. They are pretty aggressive birds.

I hope you have fun tonight with your school friends.

I agree that the week went by pretty fast!

A few goats around the place wouldn't be so bad. :)
The blue jay is such a pretty bird. We don't see them around here.
