watery wednesday fish

Today I'm joining Watery Wednesday....
very fitting because we are getting rain....
it is pounding out there right now...
no complaints...we need it...

I survived a trip to Walmart today...
I always feel like I've accomplished something...
just making it through the store...
through the check out....
back to my car....

It is even more of an adventure...
when little britches is with me....
he enjoys it...
so much to see...
so much to talk about...
so much to point out...

my Mom had her first art class today...
she is working with Linda...
Linda is the artlady at Linda's Life Journal..
she is such a sweetie..
got to meet her in person before Christmas...
she is going to be a Grandma to Quads...
yep that's right her youngest daughter...
is expecting four babies this year...
can't wait to hear how the first session went...

I've been busy gathering...
gathering things that she can paint on....
my little brain is just a spinning...

Nice pics of the pond. I know what you mean about surviving a trip to Wal Mart. Always such a trial just to make it our alive with my checkbook intact.

I think I could just sit and stare at that pond all day.

The pond is very pretty and calm. A trip to Wal Mart, well, Wal Mart scares me a little, but it would be more fun with a little one to look at everything with.

Nice shots. I like Koi. Some of those look like goldfish. Did you know goldfish can get as big as Koi? I bought two as feeders once and they grew that big. I miss Pete and Repete.

It's raining here too (Australia). Little Britches looks to be an absolute delight.

I love the fish! And I am glad you are getting the rain you need in Texas. We have had rain off and on for more than a day, and the temperatures are dropping. The trip to work in the morning will be all kinds of fun...not!

Nice gold fish images. So clear and defined.

How beautiful is that, nothing more relaxing than the sound of water, how beautiful is the pond in your yard?

We are getting pounded by rain in my part of Texas to today and yesterday.
Also a tornado but have not seen how much that touched down.
Can't wait to hear more about your Mom's classes.
Your pics are a good start

Great shots of the fish. They look really happy in that pretty pond. I know what you mean about Walmart, I survived a trip there over the weekend.
