I've had a productive Saturday...
chores....
went for a nice walk...
grocery shopping...

taking a little break...
then getting ready for a wedding...
Going as my Mom's date...
my cousin's son is getting married...

My DIL got a new position with her company...
she will now be working full time...
we are so proud of her...

I'm still loving my Paleo diet...
I feel better...my clothes are looser...
I can have dark chocolate on occasion...
a glass of wine too...
fruits...veggies...meat...
there are tons of recipes out there too...
one of my favorite is carrot fries...
the recipe calls for using olive oil...
I found I can just put them under the broiler...
no oil...just a little salt...
they are just as good...
Hope your having a great Saturday....

So glad the Paleo is working for you Deb. I will have to try the carrot fries (especially after the tooth episode eating raw ones!)

You are dedicated to the Paleo diet. Way to go, wish I could get dedicated to something.

Glad your diet is going well, or let's say your new lifestyle. Eating Paleo is so good for you. Congrats to your daughter and I hope the wedding was fun!

I don't know whether those horses like you coming along and making them work on their day off... They just look ambivalent...

Oh, Deb... you almost make me get resolved to try the Paleo. Things have been so hectic around here I EAT to calm myself. Really not smart... but, can't seem to stop.

I envy your adventure walks with HR. You are so blessed to be close to your family. =) blessings ~ tanna
