I am so glad you have joy in your life!! My garden didn't do much this year. Maybe next year will be better. have fun with that eggplant! I can't convince my family to eat it with me...!!! ;0)
My mom fries up some okra occasionally, we had it a lot growing up with my grandmother around. I'm not sure I've ever had eggplant!
I spent the weekend making baby shower invitations for my sister. She is 6'2" and her hubby is 6'4" so we're thinking this might be one big girl when she gets here in Nov.!
