Texas under snow....

Yep I still have the pumpkins from October....
the hold a lot of snow....

my feet are covered....
we got 4-6 inches....
okay if you live where you do this every winter..
please let us Southerners...go on an on...
for atleast a little while...
I have great respect for all you that put up with this every year...
I take my cute little cowgirl hat off to you...
we've been doing it for 4 days...and we are all going nuts...
my rusty glider is under there....
some where...

my cactus is still standing tall....

too much snow for a fire....

a little spring...trying to poke through...

poor little froggy....
he looks cold doesn't he...

would probably enjoy this snow in July when it is 110...
not that would make swinging fun...
there's rocks under there...

No picnic today.....

thank you for looking at my snow...
I appreciate you humoring me....
I know some of you are tired of looking at snow...
But after all this is Texas snow...
and you know everything is bigger in Texas..

LOL....
have a safe warm weekend...

I enjoyed this immensely, and yes, I worried about boring folks with my snow photos too. But it IS a big deal for us wimps, I mean, Southern folks...

Weather seems to be a big topic everywhere these days....besides when there is that much snow what else is there to take pictures of.

You have a beautiful snow. I really enjoyed the pictures. I love snow when it is pretty and the roads are not bad. We have ice on the roads here tonight and snow on the ground. Hugs

Ha! Love Texas and I love snow and I guess---it might take a few decades---I love the worry about the freezin' temps and the problem of the pipes freezin'. It'll all work out. An' then we can reminisce. Huuuaaahh!.

It's been pretty but I'm ready for the roads thaw. I need to get out of this house! We will have to look back at our snow pictures this summer to cool us off.
