I love each bloom...so fresh and delicate.

I have always been a fan of Velveteen Rabbit. I do not think I have read Ellen Tebbits even though I am a Beverly Cleary fan. Will have to check it out!

you had rain in TX!!!!!!!!!!! Wonderful!!!!!!!! Aside from the lovely Photo Oppppps it gives. And it does that. I love rain drops on most anything.

I wasn't exposed to many books, growing up, sad to say. Guess my favorite would be "Little Women" which I was gifted with, when I was around 12.

And later, I found "When Knighthood Was In Flower" in the library, and fell totally in love with that.

I or my daughter, still have that copy of "Little Women." :-)

I like the jew blooms too. My Grandmother always had a big hanging basket of that plant.

My favorite book as a child was Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. I must have read it 10 times.
