Work in progress

I have this wooden chair and it is not really safe to sit it, it is so cute but rickety, so I decided I would white wash it and use it for a planter... the bucket was for our dogs water but had sprang a leak so we had to buy a new one... my plan is to fill with soil and pretty flowers for my front porch..... when the rain stops this weekend I hope to get that done......I am happy for the rain... just wish the temperature didn't have to drop 30 degrees also.... I was lovin' those 70 degree days.....

I love, love, love this!!!!!! The bucket fits perfectly in the chair. What kind of flowers will you plant in it? I wish I could come up with good ideas like that. Please post again when you plant.

I love this idea Deb!
It is going to be so cute when you have it finished! Would love to see where you will display it in your yard. You have given me a great idea for MY yard. I don't have much room to plant flowers - It's the only thing I don't like about my house. This is a nice way to display color in your yard and I bet you could put it anywhere and it would look great!
Thanks for sharing!
Blessings,
Kymber

Hi Deb!
Thanks for stopping by today! I just now noticed the picture you posted yesterday for Wordful Wednesday. They look like my two dogs after I've given them baths. So cute! What a great chair you have there...it's going to look so nice! Enjoy your day!

Now that's a cute idea :) I think it will turn out beautifully! I'm ugh about the weather too. I can't believe it's 47 degrees right now and it was almost 90 the day before yesterday. Blah.
