Old and new....

Old and new....
which one works best...
one you get more exercise....
one you get your work done faster...
right now they both look a little lonely...
maybe this spring they will both get used....
I hope they do.....

Great pic Deb! I'm wishing it was time to use one of them.

Hi Deb,
I can't wait until the first cut! Nothing says spring more than the smell of freshly mowed grass! Boy that push mower is an oldie. I remember my dad using one on our lawn when I was a kid. Now we have 9.5 acres and I think we'll stick with the ride on mower ;)Hugs, Loretta

It's hard to remember the smell of fresh cut grass with all this snow on the ground. I can't wait to use the lawn mower!

Love your "eye" for noticing stuff, which make great Photo Ops!!!

That's one of the greatest things about "playing" with our cameras... It makes us NOTICE so much more!

From the photo in your header, I guess no one was playing basketball that say...
I like the last of the fence shots in the next post! Not sure what sort of tree it might be, but it sure looks interesting!

I love a good day in the yard!!!! I wish I still had the old push mower we had when I was growing up!

Great photo showing the contrasts and reminding us of warmer times.

I'm hoping with all the snow we're getting that this will mean all of our dry grass from last year's drought will become bright green tall lush grass this summer! If that is so, then dealing with all this white stuff piling up will be worth it! :)

I really like the photo. I should use the push mower but guess I would have to take the power mower!
Still enough snow so that there is no danger of me having to use either one for at least another couple of months!
