I love mourning doves and they arrive here each night and work at picking seeds from the ground under the feeders. However, a chipmunk has managed to empty two big feeders out within the last few days...He can manage any feeder!
I put a bird feeder up for the first time this year. We're enjoying the yellow finches and other birds who come and visit. They do make a mess though, don't they?!

Waste not, want not. They're going to take care of any extra seed.
