Fascinating! I always find rivers a little scary with all their power. I think I prefer calm lakes or canals. It could be because I once floated down the river on a floaty and had to scream for my parents to come and get me. It was very traumatic to my 8 year old self!

I had lots of roots till today too! Thank goodness a trip to the beauty shop fixed that problem! lol Sorry I couldn't resist...;)
That is alot of roots! Plants have such a will to live.
