I always like to count the rings to see how old it was. This one might have provided homes for critters in its hollow limbs. But it also might have fallen on the neighbor's house, so probably a good idea to cut it down!
How interesting these pictures are of your neighbors tree. I just left Nancy notes and she was posting pictures of a storm and now I find pictures over here of a fallen tree. lol You both are enjoying your cameras. Hope your doing well. Looks like from the earlier post it want be long before you will have a new baby to hold. I know your counting the days Love Maggie

But if my husband knew I came on such wood, just sitting there... He'd have been over there in a flash... To see if he could bring some home. For his woodworking. :-)

We have had trees like that, with a hole in the middle, fall over.
