the sun coming up this morning...
as I headed to fix my father in law his breakfast....
it's going to be another hot one today...
looks like a ball of fire...
it will feel like one soon...
I haven't had much time to visit this week...
hope to get caught up with everyone this weekend...
So.....I have a question....if you were a tree...
what tree would you be....and why....
I think I would be a Mimosa...
because I would have lots of pretty pink flowers...
that girls...of all ages would love...
and the butterflies and bees would love me...
and I would smell so good....

I'm in awe of that magnificent photo girl. Yep, it's pretty dang hot here in the Ozarks. We are in our third week of 100-105 actual degrees. The index yesterday was 117...HOT!

I think I would be a Gingko. I would unique fan shape leaves and a history that reached through the ages back to the dinosaurs. Strong limbs, beautiful shape, and yellows flowers.

A magnolia, definitely. They're so magestic.
