We finally got to go fishing last night....
the river was down...and the roads were dry...
the sun was going down....
there was a nice breeze....
hubby caught us a cricket and a crawdad to fish with...
I caught a little catfish with my cricket...
hubby used it as bait.....
something pretty big ate his crawdad....
it was a nice evening.....
and of course I took lot's of photos....
and you knew I would....

Nice breeze... So does that get rid of all the flying/biting insects? Which totally love the smell of my blood, btw. :-(((((((((((
We are dealing with the Rio Grande River rising. We are up high enough that it won't matter to us, but last night helicopters were dropping sandbags several miles from us.
Hope no more hurricanes!
