It was a beautiful weekend here in Texas...
The Rangers won their division...
headed to the World Series second year in a row..
quite a record for them....

had a busy weekend...
spent Saturday doing deep cleaning...
cleaned the carpets...
then had a sleepover with little britches...
watched the Rangers play an amazing game...

spent a nice family day on Sunday...
had both my kiddos...
at the same time....in the same place...

we had a family outing...
of course I took tons of photos....
will share them with you this week...
now this tired Oma is going to kick back and relax...

I have the same plant blooming here as in your photo!

Love your post! I spent the day with my oldest son and his family. Did a fall craft with the grandkids. Family Time ROCKS!! But YOU know that already!

Have a great week!! Cool weather is coming!

Congratulations to your Rangers!!!

Nice that you had a special weekend. And very nice that you got these lovely photos! LOVE the first one, especially.

Gentle hugs,

I bet you felt good after getting that deep cleaning done. I know I always do when everything is nice and clean. Of course it never lasts long. :)

It sounds like you had a great family day.

How exciting that your Rangers won. We were disappointed in those Detroit Tigers! Oh, well, maybe next year.

Great photos. It sounds like you are one energetic Oma. By the way, I love the way you kept the identity of the children "secret" in your next post. I'm wondering how I can do that as I often post photos of children from Kenya and I don't like "exposing" them to the world. Let me know if it is easy to add something like you do. Do you use "paint" or "picnik" for that?
