Clouds and tea...

I've always enjoyed taking photos of the sky...
these are just a few from the last few days...
not a drop of rain out of any of them...
we've had plenty of sunshine mixed in...
and plenty of Texas heat....

Are you an iced tea person?
Do you drink sweet tea?
I love iced tea...but can't drink sweet tea...
I have to have decaf iced tea...
I haven't had any caffeine in 15 years....
and I haven't drank a carbonated drink in 14 years...

Wow, I'm so impressed with your lack of caffeine and self control. Sure wish I could be that good.
I drink tea without sugar, but definitely with caffeine.

Beautiful sky.... sure wish we'd get some rain!

Beautiful sky shots.

I drink ice tea rarely. I like it with little or no sugar and lemon. I rarely drink carbonated drinks but when I do I have either Sprite or Sierra Mist. My only source of caffeine is coffee and what little tea I drink since I don't eat chocolate. I have had a couple of glasses of tea just recently but most likely won't drink any more for a very long while. Hugs

I wish it would rain buckets! I am an iced tea purist, no sugar, no lemon and I drink it everyday. No carbonated beverages in 14 years and no caffeine???!!! That is dedication! I can't think staight until I have had 2 cups of coffee and then I usually drink a couple of glasses of iced tea in the afternoon (at least).

Hi Deb - we're back from our holiday and have been scrolling down your blog filled with a selection of lovely photos! Those dark clouds look like ours at the moment - it's winter here of course, which is normally cold but sunny, but cold front is coming through and it's really cold/icy and skies are thick with clouds! Unusual rains too!

We poor Canadians are iced tea fanatics! Whenever we cross the border we have to remember not to order iced tea or we will have a bitter drink to swallow. What is with that American iced tea and no sugar?

I drink about four glasses of unsweet iced green tea a day. S'posed to be really good for ya.

But, then I also drink two mugs of strong black coffee every morning---may or may not be good for ya, depending on which expert you consult.

About twice a week I have a diet 7-up. I like to consume these potions while I am alone, staring up at the beautiful skies of red and gold and blue.

no rain, hu? Not even out of those kinda' threatening looking skies... -sigh-

Hooray, another person who can not have caffeine. Don't suppose it's nice to say that but..... -grin-

And no caffeine means staying away from all the other neat things, which contain it.

I'm not to have carbonated things either, but for a shorter time period than the should-not-have-caffeine thing.

We do what we have to do.

And it especially "helps" if our bod (like mine) gives us pain of some form, when we digress. Pain is such a good prompt for self control! -grin-

Your clouds are pretty and sometimes moody. I guess you're hoping some of them will drop a little rain and cool things off.
I like sweet tea, but I usually drink it unsweetened.

Good for you! Hubby & I gave up carbonated soda years ago, too! I actually prefer Lipton Citrus Green Tea or homemade green tea at home and unsweetened if we're out.
