 we had a busy...but fun....weekend...
Friday night Hotrod sleep over-Movie night...
Saturday Girls day....Car show...dinner...
Sunday...we were a bit lazy....
until around 1:00...
then we decided to have a late lunch...
take Rooster to the lake....
the gulls were flying over Rooster...
trying to figure out what he was chasing...
when they realized it wasn't food...
they moved on...

 the weather was perfect...
Thank you Mother Nature...
we so needed the warmth of the sun...

this winter has been hard on the trees.....
their are lots of broken and fallen limbs....

I so enjoyed the peacefulness of it all...
just what we all needed...

it has been a good Monday....
Hotrod got a lot of outside time today...
took a really good nap....
I was contacted by a friend I haven't seen in over 30 years...
it was so fun to catch up with her...
neither one of us remember how we lost touch...
I guess it just happens...
She is a breast cancer survivor...
I applaud the women who make it through....
Hubby has a virtual full body scan tomorrow...
it checks all his organs...
say a little prayer if you don't mind...
he has to have his colon checked every 3 years...
and the virtual is suppose to be the best way to go....
he had it done 3 years ago with good results...
praying for the same thing this time...

For some reason all my favorite photos are the ones you take of your hubby! I guess he is your 'pet' much like Louis Dean is mine. Everyone loves Rooster! You have made him famous!!!

i am praying for good results, as good as the result of your camera of him on the hill throwing the ball. i like that photo most of all.... your days are full, i am a little tired thinking of all you do

Glad you had some nice weather. Sounds like the scan could bring a lot of peace of mind. Praying that it will anyway.
