Hump day already....
this week has been a blurrrr...
I'm that dog chasing my tail again...
Monday was quite a day...
I went for my morning ride on Ladybug...
I saw 4 racoons crossing the road...
not a usual sight on my street...
I managed to get some things crossed off my to do list...
one was canceling our business fax line...
we don't use it anymore...
well here is where the trouble began...
they shut off both our numbers...
it was Noon time on a very HOT day...
we had no phone service...we are a A/C company...
not a good thing....if anyone called it said...
THIS NUMBER NO LONGER IN SERVICE...
I went into PANIC mode....
grabbed my cell phone...
well I don't get good reception on my cell phone in our office...
so I'm pacing around outside for over 30 minutes...
Over 90 degrees outside...
I'm sweating from the heat...and the fear...
with our local phone company on the line...
trying to get my line back on...
thank goodness I got a nice fellow named Jerry...
he was very helpful...he heard the panic in my voice...
especialy when I told him I'm and A/C service company...
you are costing me money...may have helped..
I sent out a mass Email to all my customers...
just in case one of them called...
they wouldn't think we went out of business...
Finally today I have my caller id and call waiting back....
On a happier note...we've been to the petting zoo...
the park and story time this week...
now back to my mound of paperwork....

i got so caught up in your story i forgot to look at the photos and had to start over. wow what a day and glad your phone is back. love that root system on the tree

You gotta love the phone company. I glad you got your phone service back, but I can imagine your panic while you were working on it.
Goodness, you made me tired with your frustrating day.

I would have been in a panic too. So glad you got it worked out. I get really upset when people don't do things right in the first place.

OMG! I know that was scary! Yes, this week is not the week for phone problems! Or any other week from now until November. Sometimes those things happen. Glad you're up and running again.
