Hotrods favorite thing to do now...
is hang out in the truck...
Ginger is going along for the ride....
there is so much for a little boy to do in a truck...
drive...climb..listen to music...
honk horns...
hang out with your dog....
serious guy talk with Pawpaw....
not so serious guy talk....
the dogs all like to go for a ride...
in the truck that is going no where...
I remember when I was little...
My Pawpaw would let us hang out with him in his vehicle...
first his Jeep...when I was really little...
then his T-bird when I was a little older...
he would let us drive....
he would drive us up and down the drive way...
spinning the tires...or reeving the motor...
a real bonding time...
Hotrod and his Pawpaw have been doing the same thing...

Those pictures are so sweet. I'm glad he is able to hang out in the truck and spend time with his Pawpaw.
So cute. My dad used to let me put my hand on the stick shift under his when he shifted. Such a thrill.
I love Ginger's expression in the first image!!! When I was little, I had my own car. I am going to have to find a photo of it - an old Studebaker...
