we started the day with a little rain...
then the sun came out for a beautiful
first day of 2017....
we decided to take Hatari and Rooster on a walk...
Rooster had to show Hatari he can pose too...
my guys....
I had a great weekend of taking photos...
New Years Eve I got to meet this fun family from Michigan...
they were so much fun....
they were here visiting friends...
she got in contact with me a few weeks ago...
she said she loved my photos and wanted me to take theirs...
wow I was honored...
these kiddos were having a blast...
I said jump....and they did...over and over...
they all had ideas for poses they wanted...
made my job super easy...
when I finished with them I had another session...
my BFF and family...
the little guys did great...
they were worried since the baby didn't get a nap...
he was having a ball...saying Cheese...Cheese...
this one melted my heart...
Uncle and Nephew...
I kept the Uncle when he was this age...
seems like yesterday...
the Uncle is heading to Afghanistan ...
please keep him in your prayers...
We had a nice New Years Eve...
after a day of photos we met my Son, DIL and Stringbean
for dinner at Pappy's Catfish...
a favorite of Hubby and Stingbeans...
after that we went to their house to play games...
and a few fireworks...
We played Jenga...what a fun game...
Hubby lost 2 times...Stringbean once...
we were home before midnight...
I don't like to be out on the roads after 10:00...
to many nuts out there driving....
My daughter and her fellow made it home today...
they left Florida yesterday morning...
spent the night in Mobile Alabama...
drove on in today...
they had a nice week vacation...
tomorrow is back to the real world...
Stringbean is off another week...
they got out a few days before Christmas...
I'm looking forward to more adventures this week...
I will miss Hatari...she has been my constant pal for over a week...
she was sure happy to see her Momma and Daddy...

GREAT photos!! My favorite is the one of your Vern! You two are such a great couple! Sometimes I feel like you are younger versions of me and Louis Dean...only you have been together much longer and that makes it even more special!
Players for the uncle that's going overseas. You know my two favorite photos are the one of your hubby with rooster and with Atari and rooster sitting on the fence that is just precious
Prayers for the uncle players
