I found some cute little flowers in my yard...
hard to believe in this heat...
I didn't plant these...
I guess my bird friends brought them..
my morning glories are still blooming...

the cacti are doing great....

now this fellow looks tough doesn't he...
what is your favorite summer movie?
have you seen anything good lately?
or is their a old one you like to watch in the summer?
The last good movie I saw was Lincoln Lawyer...
the last fun movie I saw was Letters to Juliette...

haven't watched many movies at all. have a few i've taped off HBO and ShowTime and have never gotten to them (too much blog-reading i guess).

that's lantana that someone or something gifted you with. otherwise known as 'ham and eggs'. :)

When I was here earlier all that was showing was the top picture. That last picture is great!! I don't watch very many movies. The ones they show on TV that I like I have seen so many times they are no longer interesting. It has to be a really good movie for me to sit through one. Hugs

Your flowers are looking good, in spite of the heat.
I read the book, Lincoln Lawyer. I want to see the movie sometime.

Ohhhhhh that first little wild flower! Ohhhhhhhhhhh! Pink and white and yellow! And tiny. How sweet! How perfectly sweet!

Just watched "By The Light Of The Silvery Moon," and "On Moonlight Bay." Made in the 50's, Doris Day films, based on Booth Tarkington stories. 1917 setting. I LOVE these 2 films, for any season.

Love the actors, and characters, and story lines, and sets! Ohhhh the sets! And the costumes! Old fashioned and lovely. :-)

Stay cool!!!!!!!!

Is that pretty flower lantana? It is a native plant and loves the heat and dry conditions!
So Lincoln Lawyer was good? I have not seen it yet but if it is still showing at the Starplex on Tuesday I will go!
