the atmosphere was very Texan.....

the food was good....
we split a big ole steak and we were both stuffed....
if your ever in the area....

Wow. I can't imagine that kind of heat!!!!!!!!
I would seriously melt!
(I should have shipped you our snow to keep in your freezer for days like you're having...)

That place looks neat- and food (and drinks) would be yummy;))

Can't imagine day 20 of 100--Do you just feel like you are melting? We're sweltering with humidity and heat, but haven't hit 100 yet. They promise it tomorrow though and a heat index of 110.

That is a lot of heat. We have been in the 90s for a while but haven't quite reached 100....yet.
The barbecue sounds yummy.

Yummy food... Can't imagine all that hot weather... we are the usa right now...and hearing all the weather reports... I think we are in the only cool part of American right now (cool being in weather wise :) )
Get out in that pool...even if its the wading pool!!! LOL

Day 20 -OMG! I am whining like crazy and it has not been nearly that long for me. We Michiganians are not nearly as hest resistant as you Texans!

We go camping at Lake Mineral Wells State Park every Oct. Now I know where we can eat on our 'night out.' I love the 'Look' of the place!

Love the antler decor. We see a lot of that in Utah, too.
Wow, you're really having a heat wave. Hope you get some cooler days soon.

Texas has interesting places to eat and good food too. We spent a week with my brother in TX one summer and he took us to the coolest places to eat. Hugs
