Hi Deb,
Thanks for sharing what you ate to lose, as I have been on my walking program this week, trying to lose again.
That is one great outfit , love the colors. and those pink heels too much!1 i am a shoe person too. You said you got the peppers from your mom's garden. I was wondering how Judanna was doing. Tell her I said hello, and that I still have her blog on my side bar.. LOL Thanks for sharing.

Your meals look wholesome and tasty. I like your "apple pie" recipe. I may have to try that today.
Looks like you're getting some good bargains.
From one ladybug to another... will try your "apple pie" trick when I get back from Mexico. Sounds delish!

Good evening Deb, Thanks for the tips about weight loss. I have been trying to cut down my self but it isn't easy. How do you handle all of the invitations you get to go out to lunch etc? Those shoes are great. I buy shoes all of the time just because I like them. The Phanthom was great wasn't it.
That's a cute skirt and sweater. I just love deals like that. Cute little shoes too.
I got to see the Phantom when we still lived in Atlanta. What a great show.
What a fun and festive post. You found some exciting deals while out and about. And your 'diet' meals actually look yummy. :)
