we went to the lake today....
smiles were all around...
it was a great day...
the weather was nice....
I think everyone took turns with my $1.00 sunglasses...
my daughter rented a kayak...
Hotrod and his minnow had to have a little ride...
don't worry she stayed on the edge of the shore...
Hotrod kept telling her go out there....go out there...
Rooster just ate one of Hotrods minnows...
ooops...
It was a fun family day....
My Mom wasn't able to come...
we sure did miss her....
we had ice cold watermelon....
I don't know if he had more in him or on him...
I got some really cute shots of him...
with juice and seeds from head to toe...

Love the first picture...smiles are just beautiful. Hot Rod looked as if that smile covered his whole self. :) Had to say 'yuck' to Rooster having a raw minnow. That watermelon sure looked good. That little man was sure enjoying it too. Hugs

This makes me smile :) I remember a fishing trip with my family many years ago my 4 yr old niece had a little fish in a cup she was talking to all day long. She's in her 20's now I wonder if she would like me to tell this story lol
