Nolan and I took a new route on our walk...
so I thought I would share some of the homes we saw...

 I loved the green doors...
I just wish the car wasn't parked there...

 I love black and white...
and the front door was so pretty...

reminded me of spring time...

 like a little farm house...

porch swings always grab my attention...

this house always looks picture perfect...
the windows are always sparkling...
I don't know how they do it...
I never see anyone cleaning them...
 another fun porch...lot's of possibilities...

very neat and tidy....it is also for rent...
if you want to come to TEXAS....
a mockingbird just hanging out...
it was a nice walk....
we have the windows open today...
hubby is cooking chili for supper...
a big change from a week ago...

Oh goodness, I'm so far behind on everything. I just posted my blog for the week and have started reading and looking at my favorite blogs.

You always manage to capture the most precious pictures of Hot Rod..... I love and don't know how you manage to always 'tactfully' get his face out of the picture.

The squirrels are so cute.... some people call them tree rats, I call them cute!

I walk with our dog every morning and always try to very our route so I get to see different houses and yard. Our town has lot of walking paths so I get to see the backs of lots of houses.....I'll have to start taking my camera.

You saw some nice houses on your walk. I love porches and swings too. The chili sounds so good. Big change here too 69 was our high today and we had rain off and on all day. Hugs

I always wonder about the house's 'story.' You had a lovely walk.

That mockingbird shot is worthy of an award! Just beautiful.

Chili sounds so good. We have very little food here and are not cooking this trip home. Pizza last night and hamburgers from that shop on Shady Grrove and Senter today.

I AM loving this weather! Played Neil Diamond all.day.long.

I like porch swings, too. Wish I had one. I also like green doors, shutters and roof. I guess that's a good thing because that is what I have. :)

I LOVE porches!!!!! I *lust* over porches!!!!!!!!! ,-)

The perfect house, where you never see anyone cleaning...... She has Faeries. -chuckle- Or a Faerie God Mother perhaps. :-)))))

Thank you for more pics around your 'neck of the woods'. You are really getting into the grove of doing this!!! Love it! Wish more people would do the same. -pout-

Hmmmm, perhaps it's time for "Auntie" to go on a prompting mini rant... "Please show blogging friends, some sights around where you live!" Nothing making you insecure, of course. -sigh-

Oh well.... -grin- YOU do it! Why am I begging for more bloggers to do it, hu???? :-))))))))

Hugs,
"Auntie"

I love how some of the windows go all the way down to the floor. I know that is a southern style. Open it up and walk out.

Enjoyed the house photos. I liked the brick house best and then that last green house with the porch. I do agree with you though there's something about a porch that has a swing. It says Welcome to me and homey.
Nice birdy...
