It's a sun shiney day....
so I thought I would show my sunflowers again...
they aren't looking this good now...
these were taken last week...
I've been looking up cool things to do on our trip...
I'm sure hoping we can do some of them....
Hotrod told me...
"Oma...I'm light brown...and Pawpaw is dark brown"
Hotrod is getting a nice little suntan...
I keep sunscreen on him constantly...
try to do most activities in shady areas...
What is your favorite 1970's movie??
I saw this on Facebook...thought it would be fun...

The Way We Were is ONE my favorite movies from the 70's. My all.time.favorite is Jeremiah Johnson!!! I have it memorized and so do my oldest 2 kids! We quote it all the time.
um, excuse me, ms. 'i love heat!' you should be happy it'll be 100 tomorrow! not looking for 'cool' things to do on your trip. :)
love the sunflowers, especially the second one. and woo hoo on the trip and things to do...
i did not go to or watch movies in the 70's, my kids were born 67 and 69 and i worked, we had a tiny TV with those 3 channels, and no money for movies... now if i had a list of movies from then, i have probably seen them on TV... i did not start watching movies until 1985 and i married bob and he had a tape player... we don't go to movies at theater.
Beautiful sunflower photos! hmmmm... Maybe True Grit with John Wayne. But, I loved The Way We Were, too. I'll be thinking on this all day. LOL! blessings ~ tanna
You are so lucky, to grow sun flowers. Ours usually don't make it. -pout-
I liked "Grease" too! It reminded me of my 'Time With The Wild Boy.' ,-) Doesn't every girl have to have one of those?????
My favorite movie from the seventies?? It has to be "Star Wars." But I remember seeing "Jaws" better. I haven't gone into the ocean since unless I could make a very quick get away. I've watched "Star Wars" many times though but one viewing of "Jaws" was plenty for me.
Love the sunflowers, btw.
You could post sunflowers everyday and I would never get bored. Grease is a great movie. I went and looked at a list and I'm going to say Willy Wonka and Kramer vs Kramer.
