care to dance anyone????
this bull bailed out by himself...
looks like a ghost bull...
cowboys are just hanging out...
some waiting their turn to ride....
they look awful calm to me...
I have to say...
Rodeo people are a friendly group...
it amazes me the difference...
getting in and out of the parking...
everyone let someone out in front of them...
the traffic went so smooth...
no honking...no cutting off...
no getting yelled at...
only a few folks on duty to help out...
Country folk...have a whole different outlook...
too bad it can't be passed on to everyone...
wouldn't life be so much easier...
if everyone used their polite manners...
we were taught growing up...
hold doors open...
let someone walk a head of you...
say please and thank you...
give up your seat for elders...or ladies..
take off your hat for national anthem...
put your hand on your heart for the pledge...
give that young couple with the screaming child...
a smile and a nod...
instead of dirty look and a mean comment...
bow your head for a prayer...
just saying...

You would make a great country gal yourself : )
preach on sister... i agree with every word.... and the cowboys don't look crazy, which i think is what they are for sitting on a moving bull... but i do love the hats and the boys under them
I love that "Ghost Bull"!!! ,-)
Very nice thoughts, at the close of this post.
Too bad more people, don't "think" them. :-)
Some lovely action photos, Deb and some good thoughts, too. Have a good weekend whatever you are doing.
I'm sayin' with you, Deb. Amen.
I so agree with your comments Deb. And I always enjoy your rodeo photos.
I love cowboy folk. You are so right about them!
I was raised in Idaho around the ranch/cowboys. They are 'real' people.
It's Rodeo Time! The kids were out of school here for two days...that's how important it is here in AZ! :-)
I think the cowboys have to look calm - they know what is going on, the risks they are taking, how much they need to prepare for the challenge!!
I think a lot of people now are so busy with their own life that they forget other people have lives, too...
