winter is back....or at least cold weather...
we were so enjoying the warm sunny weather...
then boom...we were 66 this morning...
then the front hit...we dropped to 20 degrees..
we have freeze warnings next week...
so happy I haven't planted anything yet...
I know I shouldn't complain...
so many of you still have snow...
my Uncle from Missouri sent me snow photos today...
My brother in law from Washington state did also...
I think they should both move to Texas....

it is amazing how much fun a little boy can have
with logs...and how much fun an Oma can have...
taking photos of it...
hubby didn't understand why I wanted to keep them...
but Hotrod and I have lots of fun on them...
so do the dogs....
looking forward to a Family Night Dinner on Saturday....
any big plans for the weekend?

Oh yes, of course, keep a natural "play ground"! :-)

Sorry about your cold snap. Here, I went back 5 years, and found a post of mine, with snow on Mar. 28th. I think it's time for me to come to realize...... THIS kind of weather IS march weather, in my neck of the woods. :-)

It makes it so much easier, to take. :-))))))))))))

Yes, your B&W pics are cool!!! It's good (and fun) to expand what we can do, with our cameras. :-)

glad you kept the logs, a free toy and precious memories in progress... our weather is wacked to. last night we slept under a sheet only, the night before we used 2 blankets, the night before that was 1 blanket. we are in Florida for pete's sake. yo you up and down... no freezing and NO sun... 6 days of maybe an hour of sun a day. no rain to help the drought, but hours of gray skies that promise rain... and this morning the humidity is BACK

Those are adorable pictures. I remember living in Illinois and you didn't dare plant anything until May!
We have had some extremely cold days too. I am so ready for some nice weather. Enjoy your weekend.

Who needs a playground when you have logs? My father brought home an old car for my playground, the first year we were in the house and there was no grass. It was a good playhouse...
