I have so many photos from our weekend at the lake....
I can probably do posts for weeks (months)....
we've gone fishing a couple of times this week...
so of course I have more photos from that...
my sweet Hotrod...is being sweet again...
I am a happy Oma....
those little phases can sure make an Oma tired...
I'm hoping to finally get my veggie garden planted this weekend...
I've been putting it off because our weather...
it's been bouncing up and down...
plus I just haven't been ready to do it yet...
now I think I am...
I'm not going to over do this year....
keeping it simple...
I want to be able to spend time fishing...family time...
exploring....day trips....not worrying about my garden...
I've got to find a day to clean out my little building...
it is such a disaster...it is also time for a paint job...
I'm thinking Hotrod might just about be big enough...
to give Oma a hand....or at least his hand prints...
Country Music lost a great man today....
We will miss you George Jones...

So many people have been dying this year!!! I want it to stop...
I love the reflections of the light from the water in that first image!!!
i am listening to George as i type, he will be missed, all my old favorites are getting older and older. just like me. great idea to do all the things you listed... and can't wait to see HR paint job
the weather has been up and down. i've been enjoying each cool front, though. of course i don't plant, either. :)
Love the strata (is that the right word?) showing, in the rocks/dirt.
Mmmmm, it was the Full Moon this week ya' know. As to Hotrod having some "acting-up-issues." AND! Monday when "Gabe" was here, he had a couple of tiny melt-downs, which he NEVER has, with us.
He just worked himself up to a cry, over nothing, and it was so different. That I worried he was coming down with something. But it seems, he was just OVER-TIRED. -sigh- With diff ages in a family, the littlest one doesn't always get as much sleep as needed.
Full Moon, or getting toward 3 years of age, or whatever..... We don't like these bumps in the road. :-) But, they are normal too.
I don't see them/bumps, every day, like you do, with Hotrod. But! I remember having Kate everyday, for years and years. And she was the most stubborn little girl in the world. -gigggggles-
